Install Epoxy Flooring Over Concrete
In this video, you will learn how to creatively install epoxy flooring over existing concrete. First, you will want to fill any cracks in the concrete, as well as smooth out any rough or elevated sections. You should sweep the floor too to clear any debris.
You will also need to put tape around the bottom of any door frames and walls in order to avoid a mess.
For best results, you may want to hand brush your epoxy flooring around any edges and tight areas. This will give you a clean look. Once you have your close areas completed, you can take a wider brush and do the larger areas of the floor. Once the prime layer is down, you apply the next one which gives it a much thicker coat, as well as increased durability. Then comes the fun part. You can add some flair with your choice of color to create a special design, as seen in the video.
